A nutrition workshop can run for an hour or more, depending on the topics you would like to cover, and the activities you would like to include.

Events can be planned as part of a corporate wellness or team building day, during a lunch hour or via zoom.

Performance seminars can cover a range of topics depending on the sport, audience and time of year, for example, "off season" for sporting clubs will look very different to mid season, as athletes' goals change for each period.
Nutrition Therapy's coaching encompasses work on mental health as well as nutrition, when we work on mindset, the chances of success executing any kind of plan, is far greater.
For example, athletes need to be fuelling well for performance, but also sleeping well and managing stress to optimise their recovery and adaptations.
