About Clare - Head Coach

I am a fully qualified Nutritionist and have been working in the health industry for 15 years.

My office is in Mornington, but I work with people all over the world via zoom, I am also part of the shared care team at Honeycomb Health, a lifestyle medicine clinic in Melbourne that provides an integrated service across medical and allied health.

I have a wealth of experience helping people from all walks of life feel happier, healthier and more confident.

I am a busy mum who juggles career and kids, so I understand how hard it can be to find a balance. For this reason, I spend a lot of time getting to know you, so I can design a plan that is specific to you and fits in with your lifestyle.

My approach is evidence based, supportive and empathetic. 

I am a firm believer in building strong foundations with clients, I focus on lifestyle factors alongside nutrition, I have learnt that a holistic approach is most effective for sustainability and longevity. 

It is my priority for clients to feel empowered, educated and supported.
